C. Alex Hahn, Esq. has honed his skills across more than two decades of experience as a lawyer in Massachusetts. He graduated from the Northeastern University School of Law in 1996. After graduation, he completed a one-year clerkship with the Massachusetts Superior Court, drafting legal opinions and performing research for the judges of that renowned Court.
After working for a boutique litigation firm in Boston, he started his own practice in 2007, and began serving a wide variety of individuals and small businesses in lawsuits and other matters. He has represented plumbers, engineering companies, photographers, website developers, and countless others.
Where appropriate, Alex brings to bear assertive techniques that can help gain an advantage in litigation. He also understands the benefit of settling cases at earlier stages to avoid the massive expense of a protracted lawsuit. He has participated in numerous mediations that have resulted in favorable results for his clients. These include mediations before the United States District Court in Massachusetts as well as private mediators.
Alex is of counsel to the renowned estate planning firm Pabian & Russell LLP, which relies on his judgment and expertise in litigation matters.
Alex has taught thousands of students at Boston University’s paralegal program over the past 20 years, imparting his expertise to an entire generation of paralegals in the Boston legal community. He teaches these students in both in-class and online settings, and is consistently lauded by his students for his energy and educational insights.
Alex is also an experienced journalist and published author. During his undergraduate studies at the Northeastern University School of Journalism, Alex served a one-year term as editor-in-chief of the Northeastern University News, and his investigative journalism also led to various of his articles being published in the Boston Globe. He later became an acclaimed biographer of the iconic musician Prince.
