C. Alex Hahn, Esq. is in his eighth year of
practicing business litigation. Before that he spent a year
serving as a law clerk to the Justices of the Massachusetts Superior
Court. A member of the Massachusetts bar, the U.S. District Court
for the District of Massachusetts, the First Circuit Court of Appeals,
and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, he has appeared in courts
throughout the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and also represents
clients from other states.
Hahn's expertise is in resolving
contract and other business disputes efficiently and effectively. He
also negotiates and drafts contracts. In serving clients ranging from
high-tech concerns to brick-and-mortar businesses, he provides
aggressive, focused representation.
Technology-based
delivery systems are a focus of Hahn's practice. He designed and
teaches "Technology and the Paralegal," a course in Boston University's
Paralegal Certification program that covers leading-edge legal software.
Hahn is a widely published journalist who has written on legal issues for The Boston Globe and other publications. He is also the author of the critically acclaimed Possessed: The Rise and Fall of Prince (Billboard
Books, 2003), a book that arose in part from his representation of a
magazine sued by the famed funk musician in an intellectual property
dispute.
